Sponge Cupcake Boutique will not disclose any personal information about customers to third party businesses or organisations.
Financial records of our customers are never stored.
Ordering Policy
No order is guaranteed until we have confirmed your order via email or on the phone and taken payment.
Delivery Policy
Sponge Cupcake Boutique delivers free of charge within a 10 mile radius.
Any deliveries outside of this area will be subject to a small fee which you will be advised of at the time of ordering. Please note that we currently only deliver within a 30 mile radius of Southampton City Centre. The delivery date will be agreed between Sponge Cupcake Boutique and the customer. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the products sold by Sponge Cupcake Boutique (edible), we do not accept returns.
Sponge Cupcake Boutique only offer refunds in the unlikely event that you recieve the incorrect product or if the product is of unsatisfactory quality. If this is the case please contact us within 48 hours and return the product to us in it's original packaging within 5 days.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If for any reason you need to cancel your order you must do so in writing.
We require a minimum of 7 days notice before the order is required to qualify for a full refund. Cancellation after this time will result in losing the full amount.
Cancellation & Refund Policy - Weddings & Large Events
If for any reason you need to cancel your booking you must do so in writing. For weddings and large events we require a minimum of 14 days notice.
14 Days Notice: Full Refund
13 or less Days notice: Loss of original Deposit
3 or less Days notice: Loss of full amount

Please see our Prices page for more details. As all our cupcakes are handmade, the designs may very slightly to those shown on our website. Payment Terms
Payment can be by Cash, Cheque or Credit & Debit card.
All payment must be settled at time of booking or at least 7 days before the order is required,
Cheques must clear before delivery can take place, so please ensure that if paying by cheque that there is a suffient amount of time for the cheque to clear.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time and suggest that you check them as often as possible.
